Warranty

We offer a one year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for all accessories and product excluding batteries and atomizers.

Batteries have a rechargeable capacity of 300 times which limit warranty to 6 months.

Atomizers will be warranted for 3 months, due to heavy usage and life expectancy.

Battery chargers and charging accessories come with a full one year warranty.

All warranties are voided due to customer abuse, modification, scratched, mislabeled or altered in anyway.

All defective items must be returned with a completed RMA form.

If an item is returned without a completed RMA form, the warranty will be voided. The RMA form can be downloaded from the Bionic Cigs website.

The warranty period begins from date the shipment received. Refund If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving your Bionic products, for a full refund. Complete all sections of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), place the form and all items from the original purchase in a padded envelope, and mail it to us at the address indicated above. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

All items must be returned in the same condition as customer received. In the event that the product is received in unsatisfactory condition. The refund will be pro rated or voided accordingly. If the product is not returned within 30 days of receiving your product, the refund will be voided. You must complete a Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA). If an RMA form is not completed and returned with your product, the guarantee will be void.
